When you request a quote, schedule a consultation, or contact us, we may collect:
- Your name, email address, mailing address, and phone number
- Details about your property and the pool project you are considering
- Records of your communications with us (calls, texts, emails, form submissions)
We collect this information only when you provide it to us directly.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Prepare and deliver the estimate or quote you requested
- Schedule and confirm on-site design consultations and service appointments
- Communicate with you about your project, including status and scheduling updates
- Meet our legal, licensing, and contractual obligations as a California contractor
4. Mobile Information and Text Messaging
If you opt in to receive text messages from us, we use your mobile number only to send the messages you consented to receive: appointment scheduling and confirmations, quote follow-ups, and project updates.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Text message consent is never a condition of purchase. You may decline text messages and still receive a quote, an estimate, and full service from us.

5. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:
- Subcontractors and vendors performing work on your project (for example, an excavation or concrete crew), limited to what they need to do the job
- Financing partners, only if you ask us to submit a financing application on your behalf
- Service providers who help us operate our business (scheduling, accounting, communications), bound by confidentiality obligations
- Government agencies where required by law, such as permitting authorities
As stated in Section 4, mobile numbers and SMS consent are never shared for marketing purposes.
6. Data Retention
We keep project records for as long as needed to service your project and to meet our legal, warranty, and licensing obligations under California law.
7. Your Choices
- Text messages: Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe immediately.
- Email: Use the unsubscribe link, or email us at neighborhoodpoolsb@gmail.com.
- Access or deletion: California residents may request a copy of the personal information we hold about them, or ask us to delete it, by emailing neighborhoodpoolsb@gmail.com.
8. Children's Privacy
Our services are directed to adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
