Pool/Spa Service Packages
Test, Adjust, Treat, Prevention = Long Life
A pool needs two things. Maintenance is the weekly work: testing water, cleaning filters, skimming. It stops problems before they start. Service is the deeper work: yearly inspections and repairs. It keeps your equipment alive longer. Do both, and you skip the big repair bills.
FILTER CLEANING
2x per year
Your filter is what keeps the water clear. When it clogs, dirt and algae stay in the pool. Here is what a dirty filter causes:
- Cloudy water: You cannot see the bottom. That looks bad and is not safe.
- Algae growth: Algae takes hold fast and is hard to kill once it does.
- Poor circulation: A clogged filter slows water flow. Dead spots form where the water goes bad.
- Damage to the pool: Dirty water can stain and corrode the pool itself.
Cleaning the filter twice a year prevents most of these problems.
SALT CELL CLEANING AND RECHARGING
Every 3-4 months
In a saltwater pool, the salt cell turns salt into chlorine. That chlorine is what keeps the water safe. A dirty cell makes less chlorine, so cleaning it matters.
Why we clean it:
- More chlorine: A clean cell makes the chlorine your pool needs to stay safe.
- Longer cell life: Salt cells are expensive to replace. Regular cleaning makes them last.
- Better water: A dirty cell means cloudy water and more algae.
After cleaning, we add salt back to the level the manufacturer calls for. That step is called "recharging."
ADVANCED CHEMISTRY DIAGNOSTICS
A Noticeable Difference. Advanced Chemistry That Makes Your Pool Last.
Water chemistry is not guesswork. It is measurable, and it decides how long your pool lasts. Here is why deep testing matters:
- Swimmer safety: Water with the wrong pH burns eyes and irritates skin. Balanced water does not.
- No corrosion or scale: Unbalanced water attacks plaster, tile, pipes, and equipment. Those repairs cost thousands. Balanced water protects against all of that.
- Clear water: Balanced water stays clear and clean.
- Lower costs: Testing catches problems while they are still cheap to fix.
In short: balanced water protects the swimmers, the pool, and your wallet.
AUTOMATIC POOL COVER CLEANING & MAINTENANCE
Annual service
An automatic cover needs a yearly checkup. Here is why:
- Longer cover life: Dirt and debris wear the cover out. Cleaning it makes it last.
- Better performance: A clean cover holds heat in and keeps debris out, the way it should.
- Safety: Your cover is a safety device. A yearly check makes sure it still works when it counts.
- Looks: A clean cover keeps the whole pool looking sharp.
REVERSE OSMOSIS
As needed through testing
Reverse osmosis pushes your pool water through a fine membrane. The membrane traps what should not be there. Why it helps:
- Removes contaminants: It pulls out bacteria, viruses, algae, and other impurities.
- Fewer chemicals: Cleaner water needs less chlorine. Good news if chlorine bothers your skin or eyes.
- Clearer water: It removes the stuff that makes water cloudy or off-color.
- Less staining: Over time, minerals build up in pool water. Reverse osmosis removes them before they stain your plaster and tile.
EXPANSION JOINT REPLACEMENT
As needed through inspection
The expansion joint is the flexible strip between your pool and the deck. It lets the concrete move without cracking. When it wears out, replace it. Here is why:
- Stops leaks: A worn joint lets water escape. Leaks are expensive. A new joint is not.
- Protects the structure: Without a working joint, the pool and deck push against each other and crack.
- Looks better: A cracked, crumbling joint drags down the whole pool.
- Longer pool life: Good joints protect the pool for the long haul.
ACID WASHING
Revitalize your pool plaster!
An acid wash strips a thin layer off your plaster. It takes years of stains with it. Why do it:
- It works: Stains and discoloration come off. The pool looks new again.
- Kills algae and bacteria: The wash removes growth that scrubbing cannot reach.
- Protects the plaster: It removes buildup that damages the surface over time.
- Preps for resurfacing: If your plaster needs replacing, an acid wash is often the first step.
SECONDARY SANITIZING SYSTEMS
Options given upon inquiry
Chlorine is your pool's main defense. A secondary system, like UV light or ozone, backs it up. Why add one:
- Cleaner water: It kills germs that chlorine alone can miss.
- Less chlorine needed: UV and ozone systems do part of the work, so you use fewer chemicals.
- A second line of defense: Two systems protect the water better than one.
- Nicer to swim in: Less chlorine means less smell and less sting.
