Three dealerships, one family of brands. Every product we install is backed by Latham Group, North America’s largest maker of in-ground home swimming pools. And one licensed local contractor installs it, services it and stands behind it.

The California-built difference
Latham molds shells at plants across North America. Only one plant is in California: Williams, CA, north of Sacramento. We list California-built models only — all 47 of them. Your shell makes a short in-state trip down the valley instead of crossing the country on a truck. That is why standard freight is simply included in our turnkey prices. If a model isn't molded in California, we don't sell it.
Every model, turnkey installed
Every one of the 47 models is installed turnkey: the shell, excavation, equipment, plumbing, standard freight, 3' of concrete decking, plans, permits and taxes. Where we install
We are based in Hanford and build across the south Central Valley — Fresno, Visalia, Hanford, Clovis, Tulare, Lemoore and everywhere up to about two hours out. Beyond that, shell-only packages put a California-built Latham shell anywhere in the state.

It's the top tier of Latham's dealer network. Latham grants it to builders it trusts for product knowledge, skilled installs and customer care. In practice, it means factory-direct access to the full 2026 lineup at current-year factory pricing. It also means installs done to Latham's spec — which is what keeps the limited lifetime shell warranty valid.
Where are Latham pools made for California?
At Latham's plant in Williams, California, north of Sacramento. Every shell we sell is molded there, in-state. That means a short-haul delivery to the Central Valley instead of a cross-country freight bill. It's why we list California-built models only.
Can I see Latham pool prices before a site visit?
Yes. Each of the 47 California-built models on the lineup page shows what it includes — shell, excavation, equipment, plumbing, decking, plans, permits and taxes — and a turnkey installed starting price, from $60,995. It is the same number our written estimates open with.
Can I buy just the shell from a Latham dealer?
From us, yes. Every California-built model is also sold shell-only for owner-builders and projects beyond our install radius. One key fact: Latham's warranty is only valid if a Latham approved installer sets the pool. Inside our two-hour radius, the simplest way to keep that warranty is a turnkey install by us — a Grand Dealer is an approved installer.
The shell is California-built and Latham-backed. The license is one click to verify. And if you go ahead, California law caps our down payment at the lesser of 10% or $1,000, billed only after work is done. The free estimate is the only step left.
