From First Call to First Swim
Exactly what happens when you buy a pool from us — step by step, with real timelines.
The scariest part of a pool project is not knowing what happens next. So here is the whole path, in order. No step starts until you’ve approved the one before it.
Say hello — free
Call or text (559) 544-2345, or send the form. We’ll talk through your yard, your budget lane and what you actually want — about 20 minutes, no pressure.
Site visit & written estimate
We walk the yard, check access and utilities, and deliver a written, itemized estimate with final prices. Browse the model lineup first if you want a head start.
Financing, if you want it
HFS Financial offers fixed rates from 7.8% APR on loans to $450,000, terms 1–30 years. Checking your rate is a soft pull — no credit score impact. How it works →
Contract — $1,000 down, max
California law caps our down payment at the lesser of 10% or $1,000 — and we follow it. Progress payments come only after each phase of work is complete.
Plans & permits — handled
We produce the pool plans and run the permitting process with your city or county. You don’t stand in any lines.
The build
Fiberglass: most installs run 2–4 weeks — the shell sets in a single day. Custom gunite: typically 8–12 weeks. Either way you get a schedule up front and updates as we go. See the full construction process →
Startup & pool school
We fill it, balance it, and walk you through every valve, button and setting until you’re comfortable running your own pool.
After the swim
Want it maintained? Our weekly maintenance packages keep the water perfect — built, serviced and maintained by one licensed local company.
