Latham Fiberglass Pools
Every 2026 Latham model, installed by the Central Valley’s Latham Grand Dealer — priced up front, from $39,995 to $93,995 turnkey.
What a Latham Grand Dealer Is — and Why It Matters to You
Neighborhood Pool Service is a Latham Grand Dealer — the top tier of Latham’s dealer network, reserved for builders Latham recognizes for product knowledge, installation expertise and customer care. Latham is North America’s largest manufacturer of in-ground fiberglass pools, and the Grand program is how they put their name behind the local companies that install them.
Here is what that relationship actually does for you:
- Factory-direct access to the full 2026 Grand lineup — we quote and install every current Latham model, not a handful of leftovers. That’s 61 models across every size and shape.
- A warranty that stands. Latham’s limited lifetime structural warranty on the shell is honored when the pool is installed to Latham’s specifications by an approved installer — which is exactly what a Grand Dealer is. Read Latham’s warranty terms →
- Current-year factory pricing — our quotes come straight off Latham’s 2026 Grand dealer program, so the number you see is real and current.
- One accountable company. The same licensed local contractor who orders your shell digs the hole, sets it, plumbs it and hands you the keys. Nothing falls between trades.

Why families pick fiberglass
- Swimming in weeks, not months. The shell arrives as one engineered piece and is set by crane in a day. Most of our fiberglass installs go from dig to swim in 2–4 weeks, versus 8–12 weeks for a custom gunite build.
- Less maintenance, fewer chemicals. The smooth, non-porous gelcoat resists algae, so the pool needs fewer chemicals and less scrubbing than a plaster finish.
- No resurfacing bills. A fiberglass shell never needs replastering. Latham rates its shells for decades of service — and backs the structure with a limited lifetime warranty.
- Salt-system friendly and gentle on skin — the gelcoat surface is smooth on feet and plays well with saltwater chlorination.
Fiberglass or gunite? An honest comparison
We build both, so we don’t have a horse in this race — we’ll recommend whichever fits your yard and budget.
| Latham Fiberglass | Custom Gunite | |
|---|---|---|
| Design | 61 engineered models, every size & shape | Unlimited — any shape you can draw |
| Time to swim | 2–4 weeks | 8–12 weeks |
| Starting price | from $39,995 turnkey | from $46,900 (15'×30' ≈ $52,350) |
| Interior finish | Gelcoat — never needs replastering | Plaster/pebble — resurface every 10–20 years |
| Maintenance | Lowest — non-porous surface | Moderate — porous finish needs more chemistry |
| Structural backing | Latham limited lifetime shell warranty | Engineered rebar + gunite shell |
Every model. Every price. No guessing.
Most pool websites make you call to learn what anything costs. Here is the entire 2026 Latham lineup we install, with real turnkey starting prices — the same numbers our written estimates open with.

Delivery outside the standard freight zone, site access, soil conditions and options are quoted per project — always as a final written number before you sign anything. Prices subject to change without notice.
What every turnkey fiberglass install includes
Our “from” prices are for a fully installed swimming pool — not a bare shell in your driveway. Every turnkey Latham installation includes:

- Skimmer, 2 return jets and dual main drains
- Sump under the pool
- Pump, filter and equipment pad
- Plumbing: suction and return lines
- Standard freight for pool shell delivery
- Excavation, debris removal, hauling and dumping
- Backfill and compaction
- 3' brushed concrete around the pool perimeter
- Pool plans and permitting
- All applicable taxes
Popular upgrades — priced up front
No mystery options list. These are the same prices that appear on our written estimates:
- LED color light with fittings & transformer — +$2,000 (each additional light +$1,000)

- Crystite G3 color finish — +$1,875
- Therapy jets / bubblers (pair) — +$2,500

Additional upgrades available on request — heaters, automation, decking beyond the included 3' band, and more are quoted per project.
Fiberglass questions, answered straight
How fast can I actually be swimming?
Once permits are in hand, most fiberglass installs run 2–4 weeks from excavation to swim-ready. The shell itself is set in a single day — we've set two in one day. Permitting timelines vary by city; we handle the whole process for you.
Is the 'from' price real?
Yes. It is the same turnkey starting number our written estimates open with, and it includes excavation, the shell, equipment, plumbing, standard freight, 3' of concrete decking, plans and permitting, and taxes. Delivery zone, site access and upgrades can move the final number — and you'll see all of it in writing before you commit to anything.
How much do I have to put down?
Never more than $1,000. California law caps a contractor's down payment at the lesser of 10% or $1,000, and we bill only after work is completed. Anyone asking for a big deposit up front is breaking the law.
What colors can I get?
Every price includes Latham's standard G2 color finish. The premium Crystite G3 finish is a flat +$1,875 on any model. We'll show you samples at your design consultation.
Can I finance it?
Most of our clients finance some or all of the project through HFS Financial — fixed rates from 7.8% APR, loans to $450,000, terms 1–30 years, and checking your rate won't touch your credit score. See financing →
What does the warranty cover?
The shell carries Latham's limited lifetime structural warranty, honored when the pool is installed to Latham's specifications by an approved installer — that's us. Latham's warranty terms → Equipment carries its manufacturers' warranties.
