1. Program Description

Neighborhood Pool Service LLC sends text messages to customers and prospective customers who have expressly opted in. Messages relate to your pool project and may include:

- Scheduling and confirming free on-site design consultations

- Follow-ups on a quote or estimate you requested

- Project and job status updates (for example, crew arrival windows)

We do not send promotional or marketing blasts, and we do not text purchased or rented lists.

2. How to Opt In

You may opt in to text messages by:

- Checking the SMS consent box on our quote request form at neighborhoodpoolsb.com/contact. The box is unchecked by default, and submitting the form without checking it will still get you a quote.

- Giving verbal permission when you call or email our office to request a quote. Our staff will ask you directly, and will only record consent if you say yes.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies, typically 2-6 messages per month, depending on the stage of your project.

4. Cost

Message and data rates may apply.

Neighborhood Pool Service LLC does not charge for text messages, but your mobile carrier's standard rates apply.

5. How to Opt Out

Reply STOP to any message at any time. You will receive one final confirmation message and no further texts. You may also call us at (559) 644-2569 or email neighborhoodpoolsb@gmail.com to be removed.
