Why prices go up
Our costs from Latham and for labor rise every year. So once a year, we reset our published prices to match — this year by 5%. Last Call is the one window to keep the 2026 price. The clock above is the real deadline. It never resets, and when it reaches zero, the prices on this site change.
The Last Call price hold
Accept your written estimate and pay the $1,000 deposit by 11:59 PM Sunday, November 8, and we hold your pool's 2026 price for a build that starts by June 30, 2027. Anything the site visit turns up — access, soil, slope, distance from Hanford — is still priced at the visit.
$1,000 is the most California allows anyone to take up front (B&P §7159).

- Any changes or additions to a shell are charged separately.
- Shipping is charged separately and quoted when you ask about a unit.

- First come, first served. A unit is held for 3 days once you ask for it.
- Installation is quoted separately in your written estimate.
- These units must be ordered by December 4, 2026.

Is the Last Call deadline real?
Yes. The clock counts down to 11:59 PM Pacific on Sunday, November 8, 2026. It never resets. When it reaches zero, every published pool price on this site goes up 5%.
What exactly holds my price?
Accept your written estimate and pay the $1,000 deposit by 11:59 PM Sunday, November 8, and we hold your pool's 2026 price for a build that starts by June 30, 2027. Anything the site visit turns up — access, soil, slope, distance from Hanford — is still priced at the visit.
Why is the deposit $1,000?
$1,000 is the most California allows anyone to take up front on a home improvement contract (Business & Professions Code §7159: the lesser of 10% or $1,000). We bill only after work is done.
Why do your prices go up?
Our costs from Latham and for labor rise every year. So once a year we reset our published prices to match. This year’s reset is 5%. Last Call is the one window to keep the old ones.
Are the in-stock shells part of Last Call?
No. They run on their own rule: shell-only, first come, first served, while they last, through the order-by date shown with them. Delivery is not included; freight is estimated from the shipping location to your address.
