Tuscan 11.20: 11'1" x 20'3"
The best-selling rectangle in the lineup — tanning ledge, wide swim lane, clean shape.
Installed by a Latham Grand Dealer
These photos and drawings are Latham’s official Tuscan 11.20 images. It is the same shell we install. The shell is molded at Latham’s Williams, CA plant and installed by our crew to Latham’s spec — that is what keeps the limited lifetime shell warranty valid. See the Tuscan 11.20 on lathampool.com →

Will the Tuscan 11.20 fit your yard?
The Tuscan 11.20 shell measures 11'1" x 20'3" at the water’s edge. With the 3’ of concrete decking that is already in the price on every side, the finished pad is about 17'1" by 26'3" — tape that out in the yard first. Setbacks are extra: your city or county fixes how far the water must sit from property lines and the house, and on a compact lot that rule usually decides where the pool goes. We look it up before drawing the site plan (how permits work here).
In the 2026 California-built lineup the Tuscan 11.20 is one of the compact models: 42 of the other 46 models are longer and 8 hold less water. It ships as one molded piece from Latham’s Williams, CA plant and a crane lowers it into the hole, so a narrow side yard is not the problem people expect — the crane reaches over the fence.
Depth, seating and who the Tuscan 11.20 suits
It runs from 3'11" at the entry to 5'2" at the far end — chest to shoulder deep for most adults, deep enough to feel like real swimming, shallow enough that nobody is out of their depth.
Built into the Tuscan 11.20: a tanning ledge molded into the shell — a few inches of water for loungers, toddlers and the dog, swim-up seating along the wall so adults can sit in the water and talk, a wide swim lane down the middle for laps, and an auto-cover-ready coping line, so an automatic safety cover fits without a custom track.

Tuscan 11.20 vs. the models next to it
The Tuscan 11.20 is one of 3 Tuscan models built in California this year. Same shape language, different size and price:
| Model | Size | Depth | Volume | Installed |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Tuscan 11.20 | 11'1" x 20'3" | 3'11" – 5'2" | 5,000 gal | from $49,995 |
| Tuscan 13.24 | 12'10" x 23'7" | 3'1" – 5'5" | 6,100 gal | from $56,995 |
| Tuscan 14.27 | 13'9" x 26'10" | 3'11" – 5'9" | 7,900 gal | from $63,995 |
Stepping up to the Tuscan 13.24 adds 3'4" of length and 1,100 gallons for $7,000 more. Same turnkey basis on every line, so the numbers compare straight across.
Owning a Tuscan 11.20 in the Central Valley
Hanford runs past 100°F for weeks every summer, and an uncovered pool can lose around a quarter inch of water a day to evaporation. On the Tuscan 11.20’s roughly 220 square feet of water surface that is on the order of 30 gallons a day in July — the single best argument for an automatic cover on this model (the shell is already cut for one). A cover also holds heat overnight, which matters more on a 5,000-gallon pool than the brochure suggests.
Volume drives running cost. At 5,000 gallons the Tuscan 11.20 needs a fraction of the chemicals a 15,000-gallon pool does, and the first fill takes about 9 hours from a garden hose at 500–600 gallons an hour — we start it the day the shell is set and plumbed. Our own Hanford crew handles the install, the permit and, if you want it, the weekly service afterward.
Tuscan 11.20 questions
How much does the Tuscan 11.20 cost installed in Hanford?
The Tuscan 11.20 starts at $49,995 turnkey: excavation, the shell, equipment, plumbing, standard freight, 3’ of concrete decking, plans, permitting and taxes. Central Valley pricing. Prices are subject to change based on distance from Hanford, CA. California law caps the down payment at the lesser of 10% or $1,000, and we bill only for work that is done.
How big is the Tuscan 11.20, and how much yard does it need?
The shell is 11'1" x 20'3" with about 5,000 gallons of water. With the included 3’ deck the footprint is roughly 17'1" by 26'3", plus whatever setback your city or county requires from property lines and the house. We confirm the setback and draw the site plan before anything is signed.
How deep is the Tuscan 11.20?
The Tuscan 11.20 runs from 3'11" in the shallow end to 5'2" at the deep end. Like every fiberglass pool it is not rated for a diving board.
Does the Tuscan 11.20 have a tanning ledge?
Yes. The tanning ledge is part of the Tuscan 11.20 shell itself, not an add-on. A separate spa shell can be built alongside and is quoted as its own line.
How long does it take to fill the Tuscan 11.20?
About 9 hours for 5,000 gallons from a standard garden hose. We start the fill the day the shell is set and plumbed; most projects go from dig to swim-ready in 2–4 weeks once the permit is in hand.
Backed by Latham. Installed by a Grand Dealer.
Neighborhood Pool Service is a Latham Grand Dealer — the top tier of Latham’s dealer network. Your Tuscan 11.20 ships from Latham’s factory. Our licensed local crew installs it to Latham’s specs (CSLB #1139527, verify). And Latham backs the shell with its limited lifetime structural warranty.
California protects pool buyers — and we follow the law to the letter
Under California law (Business & Professions Code §7159), a licensed contractor may collect a down payment of no more than $1,000 or 10% of the contract price, whichever is less. So no matter the size of your project, we will never ask for more than $1,000 down. And we only bill for work after it is done. If any pool company asks you for a 20–50% deposit up front, that is a red flag. It’s also illegal.

You already know the starting price — it’s printed above. Tell us where the pool is going. We’ll come out, walk the yard, and put a real number in writing. It’s free, and usually done within a couple of days. And if you go ahead, California law caps your down payment at the lesser of 10% or $1,000.
