How Much Does a Pool Cost in the Central Valley?
Real 2026 numbers from a builder that publishes its prices.
Ask most pool companies what a pool costs and you'll get a form, a sales call, and a number three weeks later. Here are our actual 2026 starting prices — the same ones our written estimates open with.
The short answer
- Latham fiberglass, turnkey installed: from $39,995 for the compact Milan 8.14, up to $93,995 for the largest estate models. Every one of the 61 models is priced on our model lineup.
- Custom gunite: from $46,900. A standard 15'×30' runs about $52,350; complex custom designs go up from there.
- Remodels: scoped per project after a free on-site walk-through.
What "turnkey" includes
Our fiberglass prices include the shell, excavation, equipment, plumbing, standard freight, a 3' band of brushed concrete decking, plans, permitting and taxes. What moves the final number: delivery zone, site access, soil conditions, and the options you pick (lighting, tile, covers, heaters) — every option is priced up front too.
The payment rules work in your favor
California caps a licensed contractor's down payment at the lesser of 10% or $1,000 — and we bill only after work is completed. Most of our clients finance through HFS Financial (fixed rates from 7.8% APR, loans to $450,000); try the monthly payment calculator.
